Known in Vancouver's underground for their atmospheric, playful and yet cataclysmic sound curation, IHA's sets are multi-layered and shapeshifting to the occasion. 2023 saw them sharing the bill with artists Rhyw, Om Unit, Atrice, Joanna OJ, and Blume, with features in festivals like Basscoast (BC), Future Forest (NB), Active Passive (BC), Osmosis (OR), and ADE (AMS). IHA's operates the NAGA record label and has roots in collaborative work for FM radio, community building and skill-sharing fronts their approach. Having released under Vancouver's own PPRZ, Weirdos Inc, Bass Coast Music, and mixes out on many podcasts and beyond since 2021, they are also known to perform the occasional ambient/experimental live PA.

LOCATION

Pachena Bay is located 5 kms south of Bamfield, BC,

on the West Coast of Vancouver Island.

We recognize the Huu-ay-aht First Nations sovereignty and authority over their ḥahuułi [ha-houlthee] (territory), we honour their cultural heritage and tradition, and we give thanks to their Chiefs, their Council, and each of their members, with particularly deep gratitude to the the beach keepers of Pachena Bay, for allowing us to spend time learning, being, and playing on their sacred land at Pachena Bay.
